Screen Check – Green Previs helps film crews preview backgrounds, assess screen and lighting setups, and record previs takes on iPhone and iPad.
Before contacting support
Include the app version and build from About Screen Check – Green Previs, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Only send media you have permission to share.
Camera or microphone unavailable
Review Screen Check – Green Previs permissions in Settings. Close other camera apps and reopen Screen Check – Green Previs.
Monitor cannot find the camera
Allow Local Network access on both devices. Enable Share to Monitors on the camera device and select Monitor on the viewing device. Use a trusted network that allows devices to communicate. Guest-network isolation may prevent discovery.
AI Set Review unavailable
Review Apple Intelligence compatibility and settings. The measured checks remain available when the on-device model is unavailable.
Device requirements
Requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. LiDAR features need supported hardware. Live camera and depth features require physical devices.
